We are currently offering a project management internship opportunity. You will work alongside a team of skillful professionals, contributing to key projects, you will gain invaluable insights into the inner workings of business operations and project management.

Applicants Responsibilities

• The scope of role is mainly related to Data Analysis of the Project timelines and input received from various stakeholders and support Project Manager to develop and update Integrated Project Plan on regular basis.

• Supporting the program management office (PMO) to manage on-going projects through managing schedules and milestones.

• Support Project Managers in one or several projects by assisting them in tracking open actions, conducting ad-hoc deep dives to provide data insights useful for decision-making, analyzing processes to identify critical points and improvement opportunities, and anticipating for risks.

• Identifying and managing scope, constraints, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and deadlines; documenting risk mitigation plans.

• Documenting resourcing needs, availability and commitments.

• Assisting with documentation and other project deliverables.

• Supporting the project teams in recommending and executing program management improvements.

• Work with the team to identify process improvement or standardization opportunities.

• Contribute with innovative long-term/lasting solutions beneficial for the entire team.
